Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your gear in its original box.

Drop Off Package

Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags and protective packaging remain intact.

Processing & Refund

Our warehouse team will inspect the returned gear within 5-7 business days, after which your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method.
